General Terms

Account Obligations

Prohibited Conduct

Account Closure & Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship in accordance with the conditions set out below.

Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and unforeseen technical events may affect Platform availability. bk3377 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bk3377's liability for: death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

bk3377 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made in response to changes in applicable law, changes in Platform features, or updates to industry best-practice standards.

When material amendments are made, bk3377 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the bk3377 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.
